Annual membership is optional
Annual membership is a rewards layer on top of your monthly training package — it does not replace session booking. You can book sessions and hold a monthly package without an annual membership. Annual membership adds member session pricing, milestone credits, swag entries, and referral rewards.
Double Black Diamond is included for up to four family members with any Family Pass.
◆◆ Double Black Diamond — Exclusive Access
A Facility Within the Facility.
Only for DBD Members.
Double Black Diamond members get access to three exclusive spaces no other membership tier touches. Train harder, recover smarter, and practice the features that separate good riders from great ones.
Cool-Down Lounge
Massage Chairs Included
After a hard session, your body needs to recover. The DBD lounge gives you a dedicated space to decompress — with massage chairs to work out the soreness before you leave. No waiting, no sharing with the general floor.
Private Gym & Strength Area
Ski & Snowboard Conditioning
A dedicated strength and conditioning space built around the demands of skiing and snowboarding. Use it before your session to warm up, or after to build the leg strength and core stability that directly translates to better riding.
Practice Hill
Rail & Terrain Park Features
A dedicated practice slope with a rail and terrain park features — the same kind of setup you find at real resorts. Work on your park skills, practice your rail approach, and build confidence on features in a controlled environment.
These facilities are exclusive to Double Black Diamond members. Not available at any other tier.

How the Rewards Work
What are bonus credits?
Credits are how SnöBound sessions are booked — every session costs a set number of credits depending on the machine and format. When you earn a reward, we add bonus credits straight to your account. Use them on any session, anytime. Nothing to redeem, no codes, no expiration games.
How do milestone rewards work?
Stay an active member and hit your milestones. Black Diamond members earn bonus credits at their 3-month mark. Double Black Diamond members earn them at 3 months and again at 6 months.
How do session and referral credits work?
Annual membership lowers what you pay for evening upgrades, drop-ins, and group lessons. Black Diamond members pay $25 per evening upgrade (vs $35), $155 for a drop-in (vs $175), and $105 per rider for group lessons (vs $115). Double Black Diamond members pay $15 per evening upgrade, $140 for a drop-in, and $95 per rider for group lessons. A qualifying referral earns 55 credits for Black Diamond members (up to 4 per year) or 70 credits for Double Black Diamond members with no annual cap.
What does the member discount apply to?
Your 10% or 20% applies to pro-shop gear, apparel, video sessions, and add-on services. It's separate from your session pricing, which is discounted on its own.
What exclusive facilities do Double Black Diamond members get?
DBD members have access to three spaces not available at any other tier: a cool-down lounge with massage chairs for post-session recovery, a private gym and strength conditioning area for ski and snowboard-specific training, and a practice hill with a rail and terrain park features — the same kind of setup you find at real resorts. These spaces are reserved exclusively for Double Black Diamond members.
Annual membership. Bonus credits never expire while your membership is active.
Peak Hours
Annual Membership — Train Evenings for Less
