Founders Membership — Terms & Conditions
1. Founders Rate & Continuity. The Founders Special rate of $279/mo continues indefinitely as long as the membership remains active and in good standing. If a member's account lapses for more than 3 consecutive months for any reason, the Founders rate is forfeited and re-enrollment will be at the then-current standard pricing.
2. Right to Modify After Month 18. SnöBound LV reserves the right to review and modify the terms, perks, and conditions of the Founders Club membership after the 18th month of a member's enrollment. Any changes will be communicated in writing with a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to taking effect. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to the monthly rate, included sessions, perks, and benefits.
3. Commitment & Billing. Founders membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment. Monthly charges of $279 will be billed automatically each month. A separate $199.99 annual subscription fee is billed once per year and is non-refundable after 30 days.
4. Cancellation. After the 3-month minimum commitment, membership may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation forfeits all Founders perks, including the locked rate, free session rewards, and referral benefits. Re-enrollment after cancellation will be at standard pricing.
5. Perks & Benefits. Founders perks (free sessions, referral rewards, swag giveaways, and discounts) are available only while membership remains active and in good standing. Perks have no cash value and are non-transferable.
6. Availability. The Founders Special is limited to the first 250 members. SnöBound LV reserves the right to close enrollment at any time once capacity is reached.
7. Governing Terms. These terms are subject to SnöBound LV's full membership agreement, which will be provided upon enrollment. In the event of any conflict, the full membership agreement governs.
