SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program Description
SnoBound LV operates an SMS text messaging program to send transactional notifications to customers who have explicitly opted in. This program is operated solely by SnoBound LV and is used exclusively to deliver appointment-related communications to our customers.
How You Opt In
You may only opt in to receive SMS messages from SnoBound LV through a single method: by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our online booking form at https://snoboundlv.com/booking. By checking that box and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly and individually consent to receive text messages from SnoBound LV at the number you provide. Consent is collected at the time of booking and is specific to SnoBound LV only — it is never shared, transferred, or sold to any third party.
Types of Messages We Send
After opting in, you may receive the following transactional messages only:
- A booking confirmation message immediately after you schedule a session
- An appointment reminder message the day before your scheduled session (sent at approximately 9:00 AM Pacific Time)
- An appointment reminder message the morning of your scheduled session (sent at approximately 7:00 AM Pacific Time)
We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS messages. All messages are transactional and directly related to your booked appointment.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You will typically receive 2–3 messages per booking (one confirmation and up to two reminders). You will not receive messages unrelated to your scheduled appointments.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages you receive from us. SnoBound LV does not charge any additional fee for SMS messages.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of SMS messages from SnoBound LV at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. You may also contact us at [email protected] to request removal from our SMS list.

For help or more information about our SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at [email protected].
No Third-Party Sharing of Mobile Data
Mobile opt-in data and consent — including your mobile phone number and SMS consent status — will not be shared with, sold to, rented to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are used solely to deliver the appointment-related communications you have explicitly requested from SnoBound LV.
Supported Carriers
SnoBound LV is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Supported carriers include all major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others). Carrier support may vary.
