Your session policy
- Standard private and group sessions are 45 minutes. Intro sessions are 20 minutes.
- You can cancel or reschedule online until 24 hours before your session begins.
- When an eligible package-credit session is cancelled, the package credit is returned to your account.
- Changes requested within 24 hours cannot be made online. Please contact us for help.
